85-year-old female, ex smoker who presents with ongoing fatigue, weight loss, dyspnea and cough. CT chest revealed a 3.6 cm LUL mass. she underwent navigation bronchoscopy with mediastinal staging and EBUS-TBNA. LUL fine needle aspiration and biopsy were positive for small cell carcinoma. EBUS staging came back negative.
